Vehicle took and extra day to be completed because repairs started a day after i dropped the car off. If i knew that would be the case, I would have dropped the car off a day later. Since the car was drivable, i would not have had to find alternative means of transportation to work that day.

Everyone was very helpful, professional, compassionate and straightforward. Whatever system you all have works likely a well oiled machine (pun intended). Everytime I called I knew exactly who to speak to and he was more than kind and offered to stay later to allow me to pick up my car. Speaking of which, not only was it done in time... It was early!!! It wasn't rushed either, I could tell everyone took their time to make the result of my car being as wonderful as it was. Thanks so much to the whole team!!!
