Although you have a disclaimer in your contract agreement stating that you are not responsible for any contents left in the vehicle, in some instances, it's impossible to remove everything due unforeseen issues. Please put a procedure in place to ensure that whatever contents are removed from any part of the car are also returned to the vehicle. From my trunk, I was missing an unused emergency car kit and some paperwork that was important to me. It may seem like garbage to someone else but it wasn't. How difficult is it to put things in a bag to the side and then surrender it to the owner upon delivery of the vehicle? Common courtesy goes a long way.

There is over spray on the driver side passenger door. Shift knob is ripped on the inside and outside of it. Is there a way I can get this resolved as soon as possible?
