From what I observed the car repair was handled pleasantly and professionally. The only complaint I have is with the Enterprise rental that was delivered to me with practically no gas in it at all; as a matter of fact the agent said he would mark it as "empty". I told the guy, I had never experienced such a thing! He said that's how it was returned. As far as I'm concerned, he had a duty put a substantial amount of gas in the car before the car keys were handed to me.
