Everyone at the auto shop were so nice and talked me through each phase of the repairs being done to my truck. They even asked about my own well being after my accident. Mike made me feel relaxed about everything and even explained the car rental process to me even though this was not his area. I'm so happy to know that they are a certified USAA auto body shop!! I would go back there for service if I ever needed body work and certainly recommend people. This was a an overall great experience , I thought the staff was amazing!

As a customer I'm really disappointed that you nickeled and dimed me for every little part. A better explanation is that my car was in a accident in the front. Anything in the front falls under the same umbrella. Just fix it period. If anything ever happens again I will not go back to you just so we are clear.
