First of all I’d like to comment on the pick up and delivery of me to your shop. I know it is not a service provided by other shops and i’d Like to thank you for providing that service to me. I also enjoyed conversations with the young man who did this service both times. He was a courteous and respectful young man an asset to your shop. Next I’d like to thank Ravie for his handling of the repairs and his word on the expected timeframe to expect delivery of finished product. He was a pleasure to work with. And last but not least, your front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer. You are tops when it comes to tip top repair and when given the opportunity I will pass along my experience(s) with others.
