I was very happy with the convenience of the valet drop off and pick up. Receiving email updates regarding the estimate, estimated completion date and actual completion date was a great service. The car was finished sooner than expected. It was a great experience.

From beginning to end, I was kept informed of current status. Lenny provided detailed information regarding what to expect from insurance processing, repair and Liberty Mutual's valet service. Mike arrived at my home with the rental and took my vehicle to the shop. When I picked up my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to see my vehicle looked as good as if I just received it from the dealership. The next day I noticed a minor discrepancy when I informed John and he promptly took care of it.

Although my insurance company offered a repair shop closer to my home, I deliberately asked if I could use TipTop because my own previous experience and that of my friends was always marked by fairness, competence, efficiency, courtesy and caring. Their work is always thorough and flawless. It just doesn’t get any better. Having an accident is always a nuisance but TipTop makes every possible effort to makes it as painless as it.can be. Trust them, they know what they are doing.

My experience with tip top was awesome. They are very professional and able to get my car back in shape in timely manner. The best part is have lifetime warranty for their work. Will recommend to others
