What a great team! Each and every person that I came in contact with was welcoming, friendly, personable and professional. They made a very upsetting circumstance for me (a fender bender that was my fault) a great experience in customer satisfaction! You have GREAT staff....My car repair looks brand new and my rental was a blast! Thank you!

During repair/ paint they installed passenger door panel wrong. trunk was not opening and they told me lock has automatically failed. they suggested to replace lock out of my pocket nad gave estimate of 359 dollars. then brake lights were not flashing and passenger door window was not coming down. I was told that master control switch by driver side has also automatically failed. they said light and window problems are old. while i had no issue at drop off. they said they did not work on back of car. Finally on my insistence that window not moving is on the door they worked on and painted they removed panel. The cables were caught in it under faulty panel adherence. once panel was properly attached trunk opened and widow was going down. It is pathetic that they gave me wrong diagnosis and estimates for locks and master panel and stuff and failed to acknowledge their mistake. I could not believe how a few year old car with low mileage can completely mechanically break down at its own while parked at their shop. I would like them to refund me 500 deductible that paid them for such faulty repairs and for providing wrong information.

They did great job on my pick up truck, I am completely satisfied with their work. Put my car into the same condition as it was a brand new. Thank you!!!
