The body work done to the car loos good. The geico emoployees that assisted me when I first dropped the car off were very kind and professional. Trying to retrieve my car was an entirely different story. The woman worked for the body shop and could not find my information. She then asked me if I was SURE I had left my car at the shop. She also tried to charge a 500 dollar deductible for a no-fault accident. My paperwork clearly said I was rear ended. The gentleman in the office by the front of the building did ALL of the work. He found my name and dealt with Geico. He was very professional and was a true example of what customer service should look like. Thanks.

Upon picking up my vehicle, there was empty Tupperware (someone's lunch) left on my passenger seat, and a sticky residue on some of the interior surfaces of the vehicle.

the geico adjuster, bruce gordon, is an asset to geico. very courteous and says the right word to encourage confidence in the work that was to be done and the work that was done. the body work on my mini cooper is so much for my satisfaction. my mini cooper was even given a body wash. great job! i will recommend your shop anytime.
