I found the use of texting to be very informative and made communication easy.

We are monitoring a vibration at this time. Tom knows about it. The repair itself looks perfect. We will figure out the vibration noise.

It was all completed in a timely manner and I was kept informed of their progress which I appreciated.

My car looks almost brand new although it is 15 years old.

The car looks great: clean, no damage. I'm happy I went with your shop since they handled the insurance and rental under one roof. The reason I'm not 100% satisfied is that I had a lackluster experience when I dropped my car off for repair. The customer service rep at the front counter (who sits on the right as you walk in) checked me in and told me it would be a few minutes. No problem. 30 minutes later, this is becoming a problem. I approached the counter and she said the Enterprise rep would be with me shortly. Ok, I sat back down. Ten minutes later the enterprise rep came out of his office and quizzically called my name. After expressing my disappointment that my **** PM appointment didn't matter, he said he had no idea I was there. I think the girl at the counter didn't tell him? I don't know, seemed strange they weren't on the same page. Also, some nice elder lady's house key was lost while I was waiting. I don't know what happened to her or her house key, but I thought that was ridiculous that that could happen and thought the same girl at the counter handled it very poorly. She was mildly dismissive to the elderly lady and told her more than once to look on the ground for the key.

I had worked with Bob and his staff in the past as an insurance appraiser and know the quality work they do and was 100 percent confident with bringing my vehicle for repair. Color match is spot on, vehicle was delivered cleaner than I left it and the job was completed ahead of schedule!!!
