Staying in touch with the customer was huge. I liked that. To just be able to text and see how your car is coming along was awesome! And I got so many updates I didn’t even have to ask much of anything. And also thanks for letting me keep the car there until I got back from vacation that was greatly appreciated !

This is our first time utilizing North Haven Autobody. We should have used them earlier, because we value the work they did on our car. In addition, they kept us informed by texting or calling throughout the process. Their original quote was close to the bill. The quality of their work was outstanding.

Have used North Haven Auto Body a number of times, for several vehicles. This time, they repaired a damaged rear bumper on my 2003 Saab. The bumper looks like new and the paint is an exact match. Have always been extremely pleased with the results, and impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They always work seamlessly with the insurance providers to make the process as easy as possible. Their messaging app kept me constantly updated as to the progress of the repair work. I would enthusiastically recommend North Haven Auto Body to anyone needing auto body work; and will definitely use them again, should the need arise.

Although I delayed getting the car in for the repairs after a minor rear end accident, the staff was able to quickly resume with the claim and get the repairs done in a few days. Very efficient, friendly/professional staff and Kept me appraised of the progress with informative text messages. Final invoice is very easy to understand and rear bumper looks factory new again. THANKS AGAIN FOR A GREAT JOB

Repairs took too long, asked 3 times for used parts to be returned, they weren’t, and my radio memory stick was broken. Accidents happen but you should live up to breaking something, not hide it and pretend it didn’t happen.
