The paint on the windshield post was burned of with the buffer, I repainted it myself. The windshield washer hose wasn’t connected and I fixed it myself. The customer service was great.

Work was done in a professional manner. There was a delay of one week due to a problem with the deleivery of a new back window. I did not realize that the window was damaged so that I was surprised about the delay for a new rear glass window. I would recommend North Haven Autobody for major reconstruction work. I was going to have a rather minor scratch repaired on the rear spoiler that was adjacent to the major body work however I felt that the cost quoted for that work was prohibitive. I did have corrosion in front hood repaired at my cost that I thought was a competitive price and the work done in a very professional manner.The price quoted for the scratch in the rear spoiler I thought was high. I typically have scratches touched up in spring at local body shop and will continue to have them do that work on our 3 cars. USAA recomended North Haven Autobody and I was very satisfied with the way that claim was handled and the work done.

Michelle and Skylar are two customer focused and friendly employees. It was a pleasure to deal with them from start to finish concerning the repair of my Ram pick up truck, which incurred storm damage. I am also very pleased with the body work that was done as well.

There were a few issues with the repair. When the car was picked up the hood would not latch. The shop expected me to drive the truck all weekend with the hood not latched. There was a piece missing that was removed during the repair. There was no accommodations made to help the issue. I feel a technician should have stayed until 4pm. I was told if I could not get there before 3:30pm I would have to wait until Monday. This is not acceptable. I did not return my vehicle to the shop. I had it fixed over the weekend. I could not drive with the hood opening
