I'm pleased with the way my car looks now that it is finished. The process was a but unnerving because there was lack of communication in the beginning due to my number not being available when I thought they had it. Then they said they set up my rental and blamed Enterprise, and Enterprise said no one called to set it up....so the blame game was unprofessional. Then you guys left a update on a strangers phone, ordered the wrong part. It was just one delay after another, but I got a nice rental car, so it's all good. Might want to work on your communication skills, but the body work is superb!

I have seen good work from all angles so I know the capability is there but the last two times I have had work done there were very obvious flaws. Items that should have been found in quality checks prior to delivery. Most people may not care or know better but that should not matter. Disappointing.

You should have called to ask if door you had was ok. The door button was not in same location. This we liked, but should have been aware of this before completion. Latch did not operate as should. You went extra mile to make it right. Again, if our latch had been used, I feel you would not have had the issue.

I like the email updates, but they didn't always match up with reality. For example I might get an email with an estimated time of completion of such and such date. But when the All Angles rep called I got a different date of completion - which of course I accepted as more accurate than the automated email. Not complaining - just saying that email completion estimates and phone call completion estimates didn't match.
