The staff were knowledgeable. They kept me updated on the progress if the repair.. I had taken my vehicle to another body shop and was given an estimate of $700+!!! Thanks so much for not trying to take advantage of me as I believe that other body shop was obviously trying to do.

The staff members, from the Office Assistant to the body shop representative, were courteous and understood the issue with my car. The turn time around from the drop off of the vehicle to pick up was quick and effortless. The fact that the rental car service was on site was also Very convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend Mastercraft Auto Body In Chantilly, Va. My eight year old car drives like a dream. A big Thank-you from The Williams family.
