I have never been to a repair show with more professionalism and quality service than Mastercraft. I would like to thank Jimmy for keeping me informed of the repair status and exceeding my expectations. I would recommend this repair shop to everyone I know.

The finishing work was just awful and careless. Forgot to replace the damaged door handle. Replaced the driver side mirror where the rubber mold is coming out from both end. Show it to James and he agreed if it was his car he would not take it back. I went to pick up my car TWICE driving 40 mile one way and could not. Expect a call back from Manager.
