I find it hard to believe that no one goes over the vehicle with you when you pick it up but they do when you drop it off. I think someone should have walked around the car with me.

Mastercraft team communicated well through the whole process. They worked with my insurance for payment and have a rental company on site which made it really easy to get back on the road. The repairs to my car were perfect. It looks brand new. Thanks so much.
