Kathy was so patient, understanding and knowledgeable. This experience was so annoying but Kathy and Geico really made this ordeal not as tedious as it could have been! So efficient! And the car looks awesome!

Knowing that I will be taking my vehicle(s) to Lamon after a collision of some sort takes a lot of the sting out of the whole accident thing. They first rate quality work in a timely manner and are very professional and courteous. I should know, I've had the misfortune of having a total of 7 incidents (all no fault -someone hit them) with 4 vehicles and Lamon has taken care of all of them. Highly recommend them.

I cannot thank the team enough for the time and effort that they put into my Durango. The results are incredible! I was crushed when I walked outside last Tuesday and saw what had been done to my car-I never thought she could look so beautiful again. You will never know how much this means to me-beyond grateful for a job more than well done.

I didn't know what to expect as I have used one repair place only. There were no appointments with them until last Thursday.. Your shop was able to get me seen right away on Monday so I took a chance. I'm glad I did! Everyone on your staff was pleasant and helpful. My rental car came right away so I could continue to work. My car was ready when they said it would be. Returning the rental was a breeze!! My car looks great. Perfect job! The car looks great very pleased with results. The only negative I have is the my front bumper was not touched up with paint as requested. The day I dropped off my car I specifically asked if you could give me an estimate to touch up my front bumper. This was not part of the accident repair which is why I requested an estimate. The guy told in front of Megan from Geico that you would just touch it up at no charge. I even question him with - Really? When I picked up my car I was expecting the front bumper to be touched up. The same guy informed that the **** could not just touch up the bumper because it would need to be sanded down first. Obviously I was disappointed because if you needed more money to fix it I was not called and given that option. Remember I specially asked for a separate estimate. The car was there and I wanted it fixed, but no one called to give me the option. That's a miss on customer expectation and satisfaction. I wasn't looking for it to be free, it was covience. Have it all fixed at one time. You make more money, and I'm not writing this feedback. I would still recommend your company because as I stated in the beginning I am very pleased with results. My coaching would be slow down and listen to your customer if you aspire to hit ultimate customer satisfaction. I didn't ask for free I asked for fix that I was willing to pay for.

Have had repairs completed by Lamon on six different occasions now over the last few years for 4 vehicles. All repairs including the one on my Dodge Dart were done promptly, professionally, with absolutely zero issues. I won't go anywhere else. People want quality and hassle deee experiences and that is all I get at Lamon and I'm never reluctant to tell others that. Thanks for another great experience.
