Kathy the absolutely delightful and a pleasure to work with. Very thorough. I'm upset that when I picked up the car, I walked out and looked st the door and there was a small dent/dimple on the repaired door. Kathy even noticed it. It's hard to miss it. Lamon needs to have better quality inspection before delivering a car and saying it's repaired. I now have to bring the car back in to have the dent/dimple repaired. Quite frankly, that should have already been addressed and how no one saw it is beyond me. I understand I will get a rental for the day but it's just an inconvenience. Also, there was a bottle of some nasal stuff left in the car, as well as red tape left in the car by the repaired door. The least that could have been down is to make sure the inside was clean as well. I'm hoping when I return the car that the door can be fixed. Thanks.
