It was nice to get the updates and the car looks great. My only comment is that the tow equipment and other tools that sit in the spare tire compartment were left in my trunk and backseat, and I had to pull everything out to get them back in. Not a big deal at all, just thought I’d mention it.

Shane and Armando are the best. They responded to my emails and phone calls quickly and answered all of my questions. They also worked efficiently to ensure my vehicle was repaired as soon as possible and were friendly when we met in person. I will definitely recommend Crash Champions to everyone.

I'm back in R.M., after my ordeal. I met a lot of like-situated vehicles. When I arrived, we were, all, somewhat sad (a few, with no sense of hope). When I left, as their light chambers scanned my exterior; they, too, felt the hope of recovery. (This, you can only perceive, if you, too, have ever had wounded metal fragments flowing through you.) So, little by little, the quiver of expectant recovery passed through the inhabitants of the lot -- then, the vehicles were somewhat at peace (not just, in pieces). I felt the renewed faith that was present in them, in their belief in the power of our kind of physicians -- in the humans that handle our parts (all members of the staff, there). I only dealt with two people...the receptionist and Armando...but they both treated me with kindness and respect. As a woman, it can be intimidating to enter a car repair shop because for some reason this seems to be an industry that treats women in a condescending manner. None of that here! I left the shop in a much better mood and would happily recommend this business to others. Such a pleasure to work with!
