Service was great. People were very nice and explained everything to the letter,and kept me up to date on how my jeep was coming along everyday. Trent was great and took care of my jeep and also explained the process and how long it would take. He was very friendly and helpful with the fixing of my jeep. The girl at the in the front I forgot her name forgive me. She was very helpful also explaining the the process and the paperwork and helping me with getting into a loaner for my needs. I would recommend crash to anyone who needs repairs on there car they did an awesome job and very friendly and helpful! All in all I give them 5 stars for a job well done. Thank u again for the great work u did on my jeep!

Overall you guys did a GREAT job so please don't take this the wrong way. There was just one small issue that I had asked both you and my Geico claims adjuster to take note of and fix for me. I told you that there was a piece of weather stripping / molding at the top of my windshield that needed to be replaced. It was not part of the accident which I was honest about and disclosed to you. I had asked that it be fixed while it was in the shop and that I would pay extra for that. It would have been very convenient for me if you would have taken care of this for me. You did such a great job on the rest of the car, that to me it seemed like replacing that small piece of molding would be a piece of cake for you! Now, I'll have to take the car in somewhere else at some time to get this little problem fixed, since I don't have the facilities to do it myself (I live in a condo and don't have my own garage - I park the car on the street). Again, thank you for the great work with everything that was accident related. You were fast, considering it was right over Christmas time, courteous, and kept me informed with text messages. I just wish you hadn't missed this one small detail. - 9 out of 10 stars I'd say. Thank you. - Jim Fitzgerald.

Mr. Jim Finger followed our claim and was most timely communicating the process from start to finish.

My only complaint was the amount of time it took to get my vehicle back! I think the time frame was pushed back about a week. In the future I it would be nice to try and have the parts in a timely manner so the owner of he vehicle is not being told everyday day that they will have to wait another day for their vehicle to be completed. Other than that great job quality I work was good and customer service was good!
