The people at ABC made an unpleasant situation tolerable. They did a great job all the way around, from checking the car in an evaluating the damage to the completion of the repairs. They kept me informed of the status daily which really gave me confidence. I was thoroughly satisfied and will refer others to them. Excellent work and exceptional service!

First of all, thank you for fixing what needed to be repaired! However, I noticed that another ding had somehow appeared on my car during the repair. Also, the finish date kept getting pushed back and that wasn't communicated well to me. Finally, other shops that I've been to do a much better job cleaning up the car after repairs.

I didn't get a notice that my car is ready for pickup even I came to pick up by myself. And inside and outside of car was dirty.

The hand hold to close my rear door (trunk) was removed and never replaced. Went to close it this morning and my hand scuffed against the hard edge of plastic before sliding inside the hollow door. Also the wiring for my rear window is hanging out/showing when it was previously tucked away out of sight. Additionally, there are a couple places where the new paint is not smooth. That said, my car was in your possession for two full weeks. I was getting texts daily until my original delivery date which came and went without a call. When I called to inquire about the status, I was given a vague answer about paint and a new potential delivery date that came and went. No one, including Mike from Geico, communicated with me about the delay or the reason for it. I'd be happy to speak about this further.

The gentlemen at the shop were super courteous and knowledgable. This is the second time I've had a stellar experience with them. I was kept totally in the loop on what was happening with my car and the time it would take. I would easily go back to them again.

Appreciate the fast and friendly service. The cars bumper and tow hitch look like new. And I can't thank you enough for taking the extra effort to clean both the outside and the inside of the car! That was definitely a treat for this mom who has to fight tooth and nail to keep even a somewhat clean car! Thanks again.
