Please don't contact me. Your office administration is very poorly organized. Your repair staff lacks attention to detail. I was told my car was ready, but then had to wait almost ****/2 hour at the end of the day for someone to bring a folder with paper work for me to sign to indicate I'd picked up the car. Additionally, they put the wrong colored light bulb in my headlights headlights and the newly replaced bumper was dirty. Since I had already already waited 25 minutes, and the guy who was supposed to clean it disappeared for another 5 minutes, I just left,because I had somewhere else to be. Your staff did not leave me feeling confident or taken care of. Your front desk person is abysmal, and your waiting room is poorly maintained. Not a good customer experience all around. I hope the repairs hold up better.

Thank you do much for keey me in the loop giving top quality work and speedy good service. That is hard to find. Accidents are diffucult enough but your great customer service made the experience not to bad to handle as I felt I was in good hands.

Botchy repair was attempted to be passed off as complete. Time is taking 2x longer than estimated for simple cosmetic repairs. The female receptionist does not return calls back in a timely fashion

I just called Geico to let them know that I had a pair of iPhone earbuds in my car when I dropped it off. They are not there anymore. I called Berkeley Wrights to ask them to check into this. I have heard nothing from them. I have now called Geico to complain. So I am completely dissatisfied As I do not expect my auto repair shop to take my belongings.

When I picked up my car the representative at the front desk never looked up from her desk or away from her computer to look at me. I had a number of concerns and she couldn't care less. I was not given the opportunity to inspect my car or voice concerns before I drive off the lot. The entirety of the back seat of my car was covered in dust and dirt collected from being at the shop - and nobody bothered to clean it. I was not given a receipt for my rental car before I left and there was nobody to talk to. If I hadn't complained nobody would have called me to make sure everything had been done to my satisfaction. I was so disappointed, frustrated and let down by this service. Even more, they fixed my number but left damage at the corner above the bumper - it is small, just some white paint leftover from the hit and run (the person who hit me), but it's still there. I am so disheartened by my experience that I don't want to even bother trying to rectify either of these aspects of my experience. I will never take my car to this autobody shop again. The reps who helped me at the beginning were very nice and thoughtful, but the end result was not a good one for me.

Their customer service was great & my new bumper looks wonderful! BUT, they replaced the rear light panel on the left side, & now my turn signal is out! I think that should have been checked before I was told I could pick up my car.

The service was excellent!! The match for Color was only so so. When I picked up the car It was explained that yellow was not an easy Color to match. That seemed puzzling to me. It seems like Honda would be able to provide the formula for a perfect match for the year and Model. It was a 2015 car, so there must be some Of that paint still around . The expedited service, was exceptional. I can live with the imperfect match. It was not a perfectly arched bumper To begin with. Now it is even less perfect. Oh well......!

Initial repair with aftermarket parts was unacceptable and looked cheap. The shop also failed to replace two missing parts. This resulted in an extra two days of rental car expense. When I went to pick up my car and pay the deductible with my partners debit card, Rita declined to take the payment without ID. I attempted to clarify with Rita that she was requiring my ID as a condition of accepting my VISA card. I went to the bank and withdrew the 500.00 deductible without any ID and paid for my rental car. Again without ID. I actually brought the issue to Michael's attention who laughed and said that it's up to the shop and there is nothing he would do to help. I am not sure why I was treated like I was trying to use a stolen credit card to pay for the car repair deductible. While the end result repair was perfect, Rita really made it a hassle for me to pick up my vehicle by refusing to accept my payment card. To make matters worse it was made into a big deal that I wanted to inspect the vehicle prior to signing the paperwork in light of my experience when I first tried to puck up the car. Rita told me that they are very busy working on cars and that it would take at least a few minutes to get someone to inspect the car. She phrased it to the repair guy that "The customer won't sign until he sees the car" sighed and rolled her eyes in front of me. The only gentleman who provided exceptional service during what Rita turned into an ordeal was the man in the yellow Polo and the baseball cap.
