The folks at "Chesapeake Auto Body"did a great job both on the repairs to my car and sheparding me through the process including how to obtain and turn in the rental car.
Likewise, the USAA Claims Rep. did a similar high quality job helping me through the claims process.
One small problem was the rental car. It either had an engine that was way too powerful or there was something wrong with the traction because anything more than the slightest touch on the accelerator caused the tires to break loose and spin --- even on dry roads and before the snow & ice fell.
