The team at Chesapeake Auto Body were great. I hadn't been in an accident before so I didn't really know what the process was. They explained each step and kept me updated on the progress. They gave me a quote for the insurance and we're able to get my car in the shop within a week. They kept me posted while my car was in the shop and when I picked it up it looked great! They even surprised me by washing the car. It is the little things like that, that make a place memorable. Kudos to the great staff and a great service! Thank you

Highy professional, compassionate (much needed after the accident) and knowledgeable. Flawless workmanship produced excellent results. Sooo glaf USAA referred me to Chesapeake. High ratings given on YELP, too. Roy and Patti know their specialty and have superior customer service.

Chesapeake Auto never disappoints. Unfortunately, we've had a number of fender benders and mishaps over the years, but fortunately, we've had the privilege of taking our vehicles to Chesapeake Auto Body where the repair work and outcome of the vehicle's condition is not less than outstanding and exceptional. Additionally, the folks at Chesapeake Auto Body keep you well informed of the progress of the repair work through the entire process, start to finish.
