My expectations were certainly exceeded by your exceptional customer service. From the constant communication and updates to the friendly woman who I spoke with a few times ( I think her name was Patty?? So sorry my memory is terrible these days!) and to top it off my car was cleaner than I left it. . I'm not sure it was cleaned while in your care but it seemed like it.
