I had a great experience with Chesapeake Auto. They called me right after USAA sent them the information and were very friendly and gave me their information. When I brought my car in for the estimate, I did not wait long at all. My car was repaired in two days just like they said,. What I like best is every time I called, someone answered the phone, no recordings or animated systems. I would highly recommend them!

This isn't the first time I have had my car worked on. Each experience has been informative, professional and the communication was excellent during the process. They even changed a tail light that was out! I have always recommended Chesapeake and will continue. Most of my office uses Chesapeake as well. The price is reasonable too. They work great and quick with the insurance company.
