I expect the mechaNics are not supposed to go through th8ngs inside the car. All my personal belongings inside the car are flipped around and what is worse!!! My daughter's tablet got stolen from the vehicle. I am not sure what else might be missing But the tablet is too obvious because she needs it every time she gets in the car. I am really upset aBout your company Business practice allowing your staff digging through a customers car and steal items. There is one extra item that appears in my car now - a match box. I don't smoke and I don't need matches! My daughter and I just want our tablet back and all the pictures and memories stored in there. I will make sure to report this to our insurance coMpany who recommended you guys and make sure there should be no more victims like me by spreading to the social media.

Ohan was great supervising the entire process and keeping me up to date on the status via text messages. The job was well done. The only area of concern was the front desk. The lady on the left's interpersonal skills left something to be desired. The lady on the right was good.

Raymond and the front office staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The wait time was minimal and I'm very satisfied with the repair. The job was completed on time and I enjoyed the updates I received during the repair process via text and email. Thank you, again.

3 out of 5 Stars. Start with negative. Minus one star due to poor manager/management. So many promises made and broken for no reason but not telling truth. Can't stress enough how dissapointed I am at the mismanaged communication and time wasted. Minus another star for management having me waste five hours over a two day period and miss appointments on both days for no reason (telling truth of situations would have prevented all this). Now the positive. One star for the front desk and estimator, very great despite poor management. They are very professional and customer service oriented. Another star for the support team that gets parts, helps out mechanics and shuttle customers around. Last but biggest star for the mechanics and technicians that did very good work fixing my car. In spite of poor management, the 3 stars earned should be a 5, however management deserves no credit as operations would be better without the manager. Assistant manager should get the chance sooner than later to be manager, can only do better. Special note: offered a free detailing of car as apology, helps but can't detract from poor manager with a great team. Could be so much more efficient and customer focused without taking away from quality or quantity.
