When I started up my car to leave it hesitated but I just thought that it was because it's been sitting for a month (while y'all have had it working on it). Nope, when I did make it home and my husband looked at it and hooked it up to the battery tester/charger he has it read 10 volts and a very low percentage (I don't remember exactly). When it got charged to about 40% we noticed a little smoke and looked where the water goes and it was completely black. I understand batteries go bad, this one was a couple years old. What concerned me was that I couldn't lock my doors. Luckily my husband knows to check fuses. The door lock fuse was blown. I don't understand why I wasn't told that my doors wouldn't lock and my battery was hesitating, I should not have been allowed to leave in that condition. Thankfully I was able to make it to get a new battery and fuse a little while ago, it's just something I didn't foresee happening after getting my car back. I'm also worried what else could be blown/affected. I've never had a problem at Overton's.

Upon initial assessment the quality of work is sufficient, and for that reason I am pleased. However, multiple extensions to the repair completion date caused numerous inconveniences to me to include extensions to my rental car reservations and work schedule adjustments.

Alignment on vehicle was not done. Have to hold steering at 45 degree angle to the left to maintain straight forward motion in vehicle.

The only problem that I had is I would have liked the whole care to be painted. I understand that y'all only paint the parts your repair but I really feel as if y'all were to repaint the whole car your customers would be so much more happy!
