Problem was the shifting "ready by dates". I know that some events was beyond your control like the bent strut but why couldn't you take care of the detailing while the car was waiting for the delivery of the strut? That cost me a weekend. I got the impression that you were moving cars ahead of mine in the scheduling,

Some communication issues, I bought a tail light and was going to put it on myself and your shop ordered one and put it on for me which was a nice gesture, what I wanted was my paint that was chipped by the tailgate to get repaired not the taillight, now I have an extra taillight and I may not be able to get my money back on it. And my front door lock doesn't work and that was one of the things that the sensory harness was supposed to fix which apparently didn't even get installed? Last year I had some work done to my car and the wheel they put on from your shop was not very good quality and it is damaged and I asked him to look at that and to pull my paperwork from last year that they had replaced it and that didn't get done either.

Though my damage was minor, it was still a stressful time. Overtons and my insurance worked seamlessly together, making things easier. My car was completed in 4 days instead of 6. It looks brand new again. To my surprise, my inside was cleaned, too!
