Customer service from Jeremy and Joel was outstanding. I felt like they cared about me, my vehicle, and would help with professionalism and compassion. Phone conversations were never cut short. If I had questions, they were answered to my emotional satisfaction, not just technically. Outstanding.

I don't have a complaint. One thing that would have helped me optimize my time would be a confirmation call 24hrs before the appointment, I had my entire calendar deleted and missed my first appointment because the date was lost. Also a trashcan in the lobby would be nice;-)
