I was not adequately informed in a timely fashion when my car would be ready for pickup...paper mats not removed after work completed...bill never rechecked until after comment re deductible to be paid until questioned at time of pickup........work performed excellent ..human interaction needs improvement...

Quick service and friendly folks! Loved the personable interactions and the text updates; so helpful! The one thing that would have been great to know was that our battery had to be recharged twice during service before pickup because of alloting time to replace it. The quick assistance & friendly staff made it an easy problem to deal with, though. Thanks everyone!

I have been very satisfied with my experience at Charlie Obaugh Collision. We have dealt with other repair shops in the past and have experience very long waits - weeks after when it was promised. Here it was completed very quickly - before when they originally thought it would be done. We were also kept appraised via email on a regular basis.
