My husband was upset that it took several additional days to get parts in, though I was just thrilled the parts were available. My interior lights/electrical items are not turning off when I've opened the driver's door (the portion repaired), though I've e-mailed Mr. Dryden and feel confident it will be corrected. The most inconvenience was leaving my office early to ensure I would be back in Staunton early enough to exchange vehicles, only to find out I hadn't needed to. It was a very close timing issue, so I do understand, but the 5:00 cut off just caused a bit of a serious squeeze. That's more a reflection of USAA not having a provider in the Harrisonburg area, than anything to do with Charlie Obaugh Collision. All employees, in person, by phone, via e-mail were friendly and helpful at every turn.
