Somehow the tech prograed the new mirror to my key and I cannot get it reset to the settings of the mirror I need. I will be back tomorrow to get help in getting it set to my settings... Otherwise, I am completely satisfied.

No one likes to have an accident but my experience having CO repair our car has been all positive. From the time we first talked with Kim to when we picked up the repaired car. The daily e-mails were informative and the help in getting the car repaired in such a short period of time over Christmas was much appreciated. And the repair has been done in a like new condition. I was not completely satisfied for two reasons: communication and state of the car when I picked it up.
Regarding communication: I received an email the two times the end date of the car delivery was delayed. However, the reason was never included. I didn't received any information regarding this until I called after the second delay to find out the issues.
State of the vehicle: The car was clean and appears to have been fully repaired. However, the tire pressure monitoring system light has been active since picking up the car. I have confirmed all tire pressures are correct. This should have been addressed prior to vehicle release. In addition, the spare tire was out and in the back hatch. I never removed the spare tire. This should have been put away.
