Upon delivery following repairs, Mrs Corsey (Betty) had to pick her car up outside in the pouring rain! Car should have been placed inside reception area for review and transitioning back from her rental! She could not inspect and she got soaked in the process of simply getting into her car; she was not happy! Thank you,
