We were very pleased with the results of the repair to our car and completely satisfied that they were able to complete it in half the time they first told us. Truly an "under promise, over preform" experience. The only negative would be the office staff. The "girls" we dealt with were, short in their response, unsmiling and could use some training in customer care relations. So if you don't care about that, the rest of the experience was terrific.
