Need better communication. Just as the insurance company has a claim number, you need to have a similar "repair" number or some indication of the vehicle/owner. If you have that number, we can all use that to identify in whose court the repair is in. (Apparently, before an appointment for repairs was done, my insurance agent usually works with Paul but I had called and Reyanne was the contact so for a few days Reyanne did not know that Paul was contacted. Otherwise, when Reyanne emailed the estimate, perhaps she should have also emailed my agent (I had presumed she did, but he did not receive it until a few days later).

Mahalo nui loa to everyone at KW Auto Body!! The staff in the office were very friendly and responsive from the moment I walked into the office. The staff also took their time to explain the process which made it very simple & easy and relieved my stress from the car accident. I also appreciated the email status updates. They were very informative and helped me schedule my week. And, lastly...thank you to the young woman that helped me move all my items from the rental car to my car!!! She went over and beyond! My cover for my charger in the back is missing and all of a sudden, neither one of my car charging ports work (up front and the back one with the cover missing). I'm not happy. I'm assuming someone plugged something into the outlet and the voltage was too high and maybe it has burned up the fuse. I have no idea. They were working just fine when I left my car with you guys and my cover was where it belonged. I'm very upset. I don't really expect a resolution to this and will probably have to take my car to the dealer to replace my cover and figure out why my charging outlets aren't working. I'm very upset about this...

Awesome job repairing my van!!! Loved the detailing done on the outside and cleaning inside. I know I went to the right place because the 20 that my husband lost in the van was found and left in the vehicle. I would recommend your Auto Body to everyone. Thanks so much!!!!

Work was completed within the promised time. I got updates via email which I really appreciated as the work was going on. My car was returned to me washed and cleaned inside and outside. The quality of the body work done was great.

Great customer service. Good communication. Reyanne was good in keeping me updated including the text alerts. Didnt expect my vehicle to have an in and out detail. Havent since my truck this shiney since picking it up from the dealership. Would definently recommend. Mahalo!

I was very pleased with virtually all the work that was done to my car. The staff was pleasant and the primary work seems to be done well. However, when dropping off the car, I asked for 2 small scrapes to be painted on the back bumper. When picking up the car, those areas were painted, but the work was sloppy and unfinished. I was given touch up paint, but the area does not look professionally painted.

When I picked my car up, I couldn't believe how great it looked. It left me with a WOW in my mouth.Since the time I dropped it off everyone was fabulous, this is what is going to always bring me back to KW AUTO. I guess her name up front is BEE, she gives great service and a great smile. I believe everyone involed with my car Mechanics did a great job. I will always choose KW, always. Thank you so much. This is the second vehicle I've brought to KW for repairs. The first time it was pretty superficial damage but they were able to blend the paint perfectly. The second vehicle was damaged more severely. The repairs cost almost 12,000. When I got my vehicle back, I couldn't even tell it had been damaged. They even took care of any aftermarket mods that needed to be repaired or replaced. I've recommended them to numerous people and will continue to do so.
