The professionalism, the communication about progress, the friendliness and openness. Your crew are very detailed and don't miss a thing. I have this feeling their character of work is perfection and pride. Having owned our construction business over 50 years, I know very well how hard it is to find people who care about their work a and not the$. I don't think any of you would let go of a car that is not shiny perfect and safe for your own family members. And the flowers are such a great touch. I'm one who after my son's death 8 years ago, never received flowers til I wrecked my car and was thrilled that you still have that personal, loving touch.
