I was beyond satisfied with the work done at Piedmont. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and so welcoming! They were concerned with the well being of the customer and not just focused on making money! I would definitely return and/or recommend someone to use Piedmont!!!

James was the person that helped me. He was nice and understanding. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that my car had to be taken apart on the side that the damage was on. I have a 2015 Camry and it made me cringe at the thought of it!!!! But I know that it had to be done. Also afterwards when I picked up my car, I noticed a few spots on my car that were kind of dull looking. Kind of like smudges. So I went to see James and he told me that it was probably particles from the paint when they sprayed the car. But he used some kind of stuff to bring the shine back out in certain spots. Overall, I'm pleased with outcome. And most of all, James gave me a bouquet of flowers.

I am 73 year old retired principal of a national architectural/engineering firm and I do not recall ever encountering as customer friendly and personable management as that at Piedmont. The quality of the repair was excellent and the warranty on the work quite impressive. The little extras like cleaning the headlights and fresh cut flowers leave a lasting impression.
