The work was excellent quality but I was kind of disappointed in how I was treated when it came time to release the car back to me. I am a return customer to Spring Hill having used them almost 6 years ago when I was sideswiped by a grease truck. This time around I sought out Spring Hill for an estimate. They did not have the lowest estimate but I chose them based on my past experience. Somehow, perhaps owing to the Memorial Day holiday weekend just past, the check was delayed in the US mail. Spring Hill refused to release the car to me in spite of the fact that representatives of the insurance company had spoke with them about final settlement. I was forced to have the insurance company put a stop payment on the check because I had to coordinate between three companies everyday. Everything had to be settled by 5pm because I was renting a car while mine was with Spring Hill. It took considerable time and effort to coordinate between Spring Hill, Enterprise, and Liberty Mutual. I had to take off early from work two days in a row due to the fact tha Spring Hill would not Release my vehicle. As a return customer I was disappointed at how I was treated by Spring Hill Auto Body.

The work was done very timely. The removal of the scratch from my door turned out great and my new bumper looks very good. My car was returned to me clean and ready to go. You replaced a tire, but told me at pick up the other one was bald. It would have saved me some time if you had let me know in advance, I would have had you replace the other one with a matching tire -
