I scheduled to bring in the car for repair 3 weeks before the drop off date and paid $500 deposit. I thought Euro Collision was supposed to order all the parts when I paid deposit and made appointment. I was told the car repair takes 3-4 days. On the drop off date (4/22) I was told it take 8 days to finish repair. Very disrespectful of my time. I should be informed of the repair time when I made the appointment, instead of when I drop off the car. When I called the second day, I was told they were waiting on parts! You had 3 weeks to order parts!! Ariana was supposed to give me calls to update me on the repair progress but it has always been me calling her 2-3 times then she return my call. Never returned calls when promised. I finally got the car 10 days after the drop off day on 5/2 and was told they were still waiting for a part to arrive. (Does it take 6 weeks for a part to arrive?!) Once again, Ariana said she would call me when the parts arrive. I had to call several times to check with her then she returns call. I was told I just need to stop by and it takes 5 min to snap in the part. After over a week of no news, I stopped by Euro Collision on 5/10 to inquire whether the part had come in, and was told yes. Why didn’t anyone call me?? I was told it takes about 15-20 min to put the part in (instead of 5 min like they said), but ended up taking 45-50 min to put the part in and I missed my dentist appointment!! My fault for trusting Euro Collision. 3-4 days turned out to be almost 3 weeks to have the whole repair done. It’s always me chasing Ariana to inquire when the repair would be done, never Euro Collision actively informing me about the progress. When picking up the car, I was also surprised you want my payment before letting me see the car repair done. When one part is missing, shouldn’t there be some kind of written notice about work not done? It just seem Euro is more anxious to get paid instead making sure all repair is done property. Very very disappointed at Euro Collision. The stripes on the side is also little crooked.
