When we first came into the estimate area, we waited for about 30 minutes before Chris was able to see us and begin the estimate process. That would be our only complaint. After that the process was smooth.

Service there is always excellent. You guys always make things right, even when little things don't go as planned. I was not impressed with the service provided by enterprise. The young man that delivered my car lacked the caring nature of what Redfield consistently presents. Although from a different vendor, he represented Redfield, because he was on your property servicing your customers.

My car looks better than it did when i bought it. I was hit very hard and it took time to get everything fixed underneath. But i know they did a great job and Mike kept me informed of how it was going every few days. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Was given a quote that the repairs would take around 6hrs later. Around that time the lady I spoke to treated me like I was stupid, and informed me it was going to be completed in 3 days. The repair center was able to set up a rental car for me (at my cost) with a company they have a partnership with. After returning the repair center informed me to watch my bank account because that company is known for taking extra money out! Seems like something I would like to know upfront. On the bright side the repair turned out great.

Despite a setback my experience with Redfield was very positive. I appreciate that I was kept informed of progress. All contacts were handled very professionally and the end results were impeccable! My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor.

My hood is gapped open on one side and my pin stripes are placed very differently between the two sides. One is placed much higher than the other.

Very professional and made the whole process completely painless. Did not expect that my car would be done as quickly as it was and certainly did not expect it to be cleaned, washed and waxed!
