We have used Burton Paint and Body on several occasions with total satisfaction. We initially were connected to you through a referral from our insurance company - Amica Mutual Insurance Co. But, as I said, you have done a couple of projects on different cars over the years which all ended in our 100% satisfaction. To the point that we have referred several other customers to you. On Monday December 3rd, we dropped off our car to have a front quarter panel and front bumper repaired. We were told it should only take between 3 to 5 days at the most (which surprised me that it would take that long, but our insurance covered a rental car, so we were ok). We were also told that we would receive regular updates by text or email. During the entire time our car was under your care, we never received a text, an email or even the courtesy of a phone call to give us an update. We always had to call you to find out what the status was. On Friday December 7th, I was told it should be ready on Monday or Tuesday (10th or 11th). We got a healthy snow storm, so I understood the delay a day or two. Finally on December 13th, I called again and was told it should be ready on Friday the 14th. It wasn't I again called on Monday December 17th and was told it would be ready first thing on Tuesday December 18th. OVER 2 WEEKS. Amica Mutual Insurance Company covered only $600 of a rental car. No one from Burton nor Enterprise contacted me to tell me that my insurance coverage on my rental car had run out. And on top of the $500 deductible, I now am expected to pay an additional $120.00 for a rental car. This is unconscionable that the work done on my car took OVER 2 weeks to complete. It's my hope that given the extensive delay and lack of communications that you would be willing to cover this cost. As I said, up to this point, I've been an extremely satisfied customer, but the lack of any communications whatsoever and running over the allowed amount for the rental car is ... well unbelievable. Awesome as always.. Great customer care.. Communication was terrific, job done quickly and the paint was a perfect match without the need to blend in the next panel saving money.

I was out of the country when it was time to pick up my vehicle once the repairs were done. My son was tasked with getting the car for me. But he had a difficult time because the front desk staff did not have a record that the deductible had already been paid

While we are very satisfied with the repair to our 2015 Sienna, we are very disappointed in the lack of communication from a well-informed representative who could tell us why a repair that was estimated to take 3-4 days actually took 6 days not including an addition 2 day weekend. Spoke to Pat several times who gave vague responses like “it’s still in body” or “maybe they had to wait for parts” or “it’s in paint”. I do not believe there were any parts needed since this was a repair to a door and painting. Never a specific explanation by Pat for the delay and would not connect us to person who could explain it. Also, the repair bill we received showed a final amount due of $****,366.49 while my insurance company received an invoice for a gross amount of $****,423.69. Why the difference of $57.20. I don’t really need a call back. I was displeased that the quote was for 3 days and it took 5 for very minor repairs. I don’t know why a bumper sensor would take a week to receive.

The appearance of the repaired area is perfect. I did experience an occurrence of the trunk lid opening on its own, but I am not sure that I completely closed it. I will notify you if, in fact, an adjustment is needed. Again, I am very pleased with the work. I will recommend Burton for paint and body work in the future.
