Wednesday, December 21st 2016 was the shortest day of the year but for me it was the longest. I am an Air Force Reservist who was doing my Annual Training in Phoenix and staying at the Radisson Airport Hotel. The morning of the 21st I walked out to the parking lot and discovered all four of the wheels/tires on my 2010 Dodge CHALLENGER SRT8 had been stolen. After reporting this to the police and my insurance (USAA) Bill Luke Dodge towed my vehicle to their dealership and were able to get me a discounted rate on a rental car there. At first I was told it would take a week to get new wheels as they had none in stock. When I explained my orders ended on the 23rd of December and I would be driving home to northern California on Christmas Eve (an 11 hour drive) the USAA collision representative - Barry Blackmore - told me he would see if he could get a dealership in Los Angeles which had the wheels, to express ship them to Phoenix. No promises or guarantees - but he would make the effort. After another long day (Friday the 23rd) of phone calls checking to see the status I was frustrated to learn UPS had not delivered the wheels that morning and their tracking system was down. Bottom Line: At the 11th hour the wheels finally arrived and Bill Luke stayed open a little longer and the personnel there worked a little longer to ensure my wheels were installed but they were also balanced and aligned and safe for my Christmas Eve drive home to be with my family. It was a long but uneventful drive home the following day but I made it: thanks to the team at Bill Luke Chrysler. I - and my family - appreciate the extra mile you went to ensure after I completed my duty I would be home for Christmas. Thank You! Major David Yuers, USAF Reserve

While my truck was in service the tech had broken something on my front end as we found out later, mean while I get a call from Ann my service advisor telling me I need to replace some front steering parts that would cost me $700 to repair, after a long conversation about my steering linkage needing to be replaced which I told them no way I just had everything fixed not even 2 years ago management got involved and come to find out it was his fault!! So if I was some stupid old man that didn't know better you may have gotten one over on me long story short you fixed it for free BUT YOUR INTEGRITY ****!! THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS BERRY IN THE BODY SHOP HE TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF ME GOOD JOB BERRY
