When working on a vehicle with a breathalyzer please be careful not to lock that device out it was a bit of an inconvenience for me but other then that I am happy this whole thing is behind me and my car is pretty again.

Called me Friday evening half before closing to let me know the car was done. Couldn't make it. Told them I'd come in Monday. Something told me to call before making the ride to Phoenix, Id hate to have drove all the way there & something was wrong. So I asked, was an alignment performed & balancing of tr wheels?? Said they'd have someone take for a test drive. Come to find out, yes it did. Based on the location of damage (passenger front end corner/fender) of course it knocked it out of alignment. I knew as soon as I got hit, wheel was not aligned anymore. So they performed the alignment, no mention of the balancing of the tires tires. Must of not mattered to them. I find it hard to believe I had to bring this issue up. I'm not a mechanic but it's common sense that's something that should of been looked at. Did they even test it to feel it out. Of course not, they didn't until I called. Real nice. Shouldn't have to tell someone that does this day in & day out to make sure that's performed or looked at. Now I have to go balance my own tires, cause of course this something you should do at the same time. & Mr Barry Blackmore, oh what a winner you got there. Argued with me & about this & that...said well I rather take the insurance money instead of yours so I had to a couple things to make sure it got covered. Excuse me?! This is something that goes along with getting the car back to the condition before the accident. Not only that, after looking over the car, noticed they got most of the damage off my good but still a couple small spots. He said they didn't touch the hood, kept arguing with me about even after I showed him the pics. You can clearly see the polished it removed the scrapes that were clearly visible on the hood. Guess I'm a liar Mr Blackmore. Then you have the audacity to give you all 10s on the survey that I'll get. He'd appreciate it. Oh yea!! Sure Barry!! All 10s cause you just a delight. I had to say I wanted it fixed. Finally offered to fix & buff those spots out. Next thing I notice, my gas light was on. I know I had it low when they took but you could even put a gallon in it for me?! I was worried I'd even be able to make it to the gas station. & to top it off. Here's the icing on the cake. My washer fluid light came on as soon I got in it to go. Based on the area that this happened at, you couldn't fill my tank of wiper fluid?! Not even a lil. Wasn't empty when I got in the accident. Happened after cause the tank was damaged, leaked all out. I think you can assess this was the worst expire ever I've ever had with a body shop. Never again will I come back to you guys. Thank Barry Blackmore for that. ;)
