While the body work itself is generally high quality, after several repairs with Bill Luke the trend is always interior problems. This time, the smell of paint inside the vehicle is so strong that it is almost unbearable, causing headaches. We've had it airing out for several days now but it is stil noticeable. The last two times it was with you we had to have buffing compound cleaned from the interior. Additionally, last time we got it back with trim pieces missing. We still think your shop does the best body work in town, but what we've had to deal with as a result of using you is causing us to rethink future visits.

Barry was very helpful in making sure our Town & Country Van got back to us quickly and in like new condition. We really appreciated his concern that we not drive our impossible to secure van and assurance that he would do he could to get it back to us ASAP and made sure we kept informed of the repair progress. All in all it was as good an experience as having your wrecked car repaired could possibly be. Well done guys.
