Had my S-10 in your body shop in 2009 and had a great experience as I did this time around. No one likes their ride getting dented and twisted and you get things back to normal painlessly. Doyle Hardin and the rest of your team are top notch. And most body shops look like junk yards, not yours; more like a hospital where cars get well.

Very poor work, communication and attitude I have to return the vehicle I’ll be contacting USAA & my advice would be to not recommend Bill Luke’s Bodyshop Too bad, I utilized Bill Luke’s Bodyshop previously, 2013-14, for my 2011 Ram 3500, (purchased at Bill Luke), and I was extremely satisfied...this experience was the opposite

The repairs were fine but the customer service was lacking. Every time I called to ask a question I was made to feel like I was bothering them. Also, when my car was washed some kind of fragrance must have been sprayed in my car because it had a strong scent when I picked it up. I am a severe asthmatic and this scent made it very difficult for me to breathe.
