The communication was awesome! I constantly received updates on the progress. The staff was wonderful from the first person i dealt with to the last. Such wonderful people working there and such a wonderful job. The paint matches perfectly and you cant tell that anything ever happened to my car!I would definitely come here again!!!

From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and helpful. They worked with my schedule and allowed me to keep my car until all the parts were in before I had to bring my car in to be fixed. I was very impressed with the frequency of the text updates. I had to pay over the phone and was really happy that they allowed me to do that so I could pick up my car even if they were closed. And when I picked up my car, I couldn't believe that they cleaned it so nicely. All in all, my experience with the company and its employees was beyond exceptional and I could not be happier with the people I worked with and the repair and maintenance done to my car. I hope I never need to have repairs on my car, but if I do, I will definitely be going back to this location. I would like to thank April and Jason, as they were who I dealt with and were so nice, patient, and helpful during this process. A big thanks to the company and all the employees for making this an easy, smooth, painless process for me!

I was satisfied but it was a bummer that the price ended up being a couple hundred dollars more than the estimate due to the high cost already and being a college student. But other than that no complaints.
