Front desk lady had an attitude with me when I dropped my car off initially for service. Was told my car would be completed by Wednesday, 11/26, and car was not competed. Was then alerted via text that my car would be completed Friday, 11/28 and my car was not completed nor did I receive any update via text or phone call that there was a delay in completion in my car. it is now Monday, 12/****, and I finally received a phone call at 4:30pm stating that my car was still not completed, and they are waiting on parts.

****. My replacement rim does not match other existing three. 2, no one told me this or walked through the repairs with me. 3. ALL expenses were to be covered by State Farm(who insured guy who hit me), State Farm called me day after accident saying I would not spend a cent. BS, I had to pay 500 deductible when I picked up car, VERY disappointed with this. I feel there was a lack of communication between New Lenox AB and State Farm as State Farm told me they contacted you ensuring payments were handled properly and that there would be NO out of pocket expense to me.

The work that was done was excellent. Staff was helpful.the rental was there for me as soon as I arrived. The text up dates where very helpful. Car was not only done on time it was returned to me spotless. Which was more than I expected. Most places would have given it a quick wipe down.not here.it clean inside and out.will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done.

I came into your shop with damage to the rear driver side of my car caused by a a client that had geico insurance and went through your shop to have my car fixed. Most of the damage was to the rear driver side quarter panel. Also there was chips and scratches in my rear driver side alluminum rim. New lenox auto body ordered a new rim and damaged it while installing it and failed to notify if about the defect. Upon my next unnecessary arrival to your shop I will not except any sort of damage to my car and expect to pristine and brand new! Thank you
