The staff was wonderful, making sure all aspects of the process were explained. I was kept updated, and I liked the simplicity of the rental car procedure including transportation to the rental place and not having to get the rental back myself.

This is the second repair I've had here and I'm been completely satisfied with both the work and the customer service. You do a great job!

I was really greatful being informed all throughout the repair process. The constant phone calls letting me know what was going on. I want to thank you for letting me pay for an additional tire so that I didn't have to go find the same tire and then have to wait two hours to have it put on. I had the pleasure of meeting the lady at the reception desk and from that very beginning I felt that my sin's car was in good hands. Then I meet or talked to three young men who listened to me to make sure the car was going to be safe. It's many details that made this experience a little easier. The final touch was the unexpected flowers that was given to me as a thank you for trusting Crash Champions with car. The flowers brought tears to my eyes. I have another car that I want to have some dents removed and paint job done to. After having this experience of such great service, you will be first on my list. And this job has nothing to do with my insurance company paying for it. I want to thank my insurance company for recommending and doing business with such a fine upstanding business.

My car was repaired beautifully- it looks absolutely perfect. Even the inside of my car smelled great and I'm certain it came back cleaner than when I brought it in. EVERY person I talked to throughout the process was friendly and helpful. I appreciated being kept up to date on the progress of my car by text messages. Extremely satisfied customer. Thank you!!! I didn't catch it at first, but the passenger side was polished and cleaned while the driver's side was not. There were tape marks and hand prints all over the driver's side. There were also several spots of rust that were never repaired.

I was very skeptical at first on who I would choose to take care of my baby ( car ) lol. But after I chose to take it to Crash Champions from the moment I walked in the building I was treated very good that had put me at ease by the professional level that I was treated on. When I went to go pick up my car I was nervous not knowing how I would be satisfied but when I got there and they pulled up my car. I was 100 % Satisfied that my car actually look like it did when I bought it off the lot!!! Very satisfied lady right here ???? I will choose them again Definitly A+ in my book.

they corrected a miscommunication right away and we received the car back, and it was perfect, they cleaned it inside and out and repairs are great! Would for sure use them again
