I am very thankful that Mike's Auto Body took the time to put my car back into the condition and it was before my accident, which was virtually brand-new. It looks and feels just as it was and the time that Juan gave in his customer service as well as those who did the work on the car and supported in the process, I'm quite satisfied with the result and will gladly refer business. We delivered the car on March 6th for body work and told them that we wld be going out of town on March 15th for a monrh so wld be needing the car before that... They agreed to deliver the car on march 14th. However the car wasn't ready on March 14th and neither on March 15th. It was finally delivered on March 19th And we had to arrange for people to pick up the car and take responsibility for the delivery ... There is no way for me to make sure the car has been fixed as per my expectations... Until we get back in town .. I did contact Mike's autobody on March 14th and 15th asking why the car wasn't ready and why did they agree to deliver on March 14th in the first place if they couldn't guarantee the date of completion of the work.. This kind of service isn't acceptable. You should take the car for work only if you can deliver on the promised date.. and when u take in the car you need to make sure it's delivered on the date promised no matter what the unknowns are related to fixing such issues.
