The delivery was on schedule and am completely satisfied with the work. Lee and the office team kept me posted on latest updates via text and things went smoothly. We are beyond satisfied. From the front desk staff, to the shuttle drivers, Mike amd to the person who reviewed the repairs at pick up time. Every single staff we come across are very polite, always with a smile, made us feel very welcomed. The process was very smooth let me tell you the texting system is the best. I was always kept updates on where the process in the car was and the time it would be ready. Our car was ready for pick up before the estimated time. I would really recommend Mike’s auto shop. Thank goodness I was sent to Mike’s Auto Body Shop in Fremont. They made what was a stressful situation into actually a pleasant experience. From the very courteous and knowledgeable young Lady at the front desk to Chris who did the estimate, I was very impressed by how organized and professional they all were. Everything was explained to me before, during and after very throughly and I was given a complete printed report on what was done. They even returned the rental car for me. I would recommend all my family and friends!
